The Club
- We are a club with approximately 60 playing members participating in :
- The Congleton Veterans League (1 Team)
- The Crewe & Nantwich Veterans League (2 Teams)
- The Holmes Chapel League (3 Teams)
- The Sandbach & District League (4 Teams)
- The south Cheshire League (1 Team)
We are a community club with no restrictions on club membership, if you are fit and can walk you can join the club.
We do impose one condition (as is common to all clubs) and that is that flat soled shoes must be worn on the green.
We have bowls that can be loaned to new players and tuition can be arranged, so if you think you might be interested why not come along and give it a try.
New members, both skilled and unskilled, are welcomed.
We run a club ‘fun night’ on Fridays from 6pm onwards (until the players have had enough....) And that is a good time for prospective new members to find out about the club and even have a game. However, as always, the weather is the defining factor and persistent rain will result in that evening being abandoned.
